Signings
All autographs are signed at the discretion of Dawg Addiction, the athlete and their representatives. Ink color, signature placement, and additional inscriptions cannot be guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate request. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with signature style, placement, or personalization.
Athlete Interaction & Event Expectations
Autograph inscriptions and custom inscriptions are at the athlete’s discretion and are not guaranteed. It is the athlete’s choice whether they choose to sign a specific inscription. The athlete, Dawg Addiction, and their representatives reserve the right to turn down any item or inscription.
Autograph signings are subject to time limitations. Interaction with the athlete, including photos and conversation, is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of event organizers, Dawg Addiction, the athlete, and their representatives.
Item Handling & Liability
While we take the utmost care in handling your items, Dawg Addiction, it's employees or the Athlete is not responsible for damage, smudging, or imperfections that may occur during the signing process. Customers assume all risks when submitting items for signature.
No Refunds or Exchanges
All sales are final. Refunds will not be provided for missed events, dissatisfaction with autograph placement or ink color, or limited athlete interaction.
Event Cancellations & Rescheduling
In the event that an athlete cancels or an event is rescheduled, Dawg Addiction will provide timely updates regarding alternative signing opportunities. If an event is permanently canceled, we will work directly with ticket holders to determine an appropriate resolution. This may include, but is not limited to, a refund, a replacement signature, or a Signature Ticket to another event of comparable value. Any such resolution will be provided at the sole discretion of Dawg Addiction.
Lost or Stolen Items
Dawg Addiction is not liable for items lost, stolen, or misplaced before, during, or after the autograph signing process. Customers are responsible for insuring valuable items before submission.
Authentication Policy
Dawg Addiction provides a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) with all signed items. Third-party authentication companies, such as Beckett and PSA, are present at most events, and customers have the option to purchase authentication services directly from them. Dawg Addiction does not guarantee any third-party authentication once the product leaves our possession, nor are we responsible for any costs associated with submitting items to third-party authentication companies.
