If you purchase a mail-in ticket you must either purchase shipping below or provide pre-paid self addressed shipping when mailing in your item. if you send a paid return label, please add enough insurance and keep your tracking, we do not keep up with the tracking on your pre-paid labels (our return shipping includes insurance on your items), UPS is strongly urged
